Sedona Secret 7 Campaign

It was so much fun to be a part of Sedona’s Secret Seven campaign! I worked alongside some of the most talented groups of people, from the team over at OH Partners (@ohadvertising), Cole Kiburz (@Coleplay), Ryan Neal Cordwell (@ryannealcordwell), Gueric Nkunzimana (@tadbitwacko) and Jared Kolesar of Jared and the Mill (@thatwheelwright + @jaredandthemill). You can view the campaign and website for Sedona Secret 7 here. It is your guide to finding some of the best unknown spots in Sedona, ranging from need to know hikes, to the best spots for stargazing and picnics.

If you know anything about me, you know how much I absolutely LOVE Sedona. So to be involved in this while learning more about this beautiful place, was an absolute dreamy adventure! I didn’t know anyone upon arrival. When we arrived, everyone was instantly the coolest. We exchanged words, ate some sandwiches, and then headed over to The Wedding Tree at Red Rocks State Park for some meditation. This is such a beautiful place to find peace, to have a picnic, meditate, go for a walk, take pictures, and to just enjoy.. We were incredibly lucky to be serenaded by Jared and Cole while we gathered at this spot under this big, beautiful tree. There was something so peaceful here, as Jared strummed the guitar and the old tree branches swayed in the wind, as if dancing to his melody. We all just sat for a moment in stillness and allowed the moment to be.

The legend, Gueric (we guessed each other’s number 90% of the time while playing an epic night of “What are the Odds”)

After The Wedding Tree,  we hopped in our cars and headed to go hike Centennial Trail  to watch one of Arizona’s epic sunsets. Trust me, it did not disappoint us either. Paving the trail were wild flowers and blooming cacti. Beautiful 270 degree views of the re rocks stood majestically before us, glowing golden from the last rays of the day. Cole pulled out his harmonica and he played as we walked the trail. Gueric kept me laughing 99% of the time. It was a good hike.

The following day, we hiked Munds Trail which is absolutely beautiful. Million dollar views from the parking lot! Trust me. Right after that, we took an adventurous ATV tour to Merry-Go Round with a stunning view of Cowpie and what seems like all of Sedona, from this high vista. It was windy up there and cold. The clouds kept rolling in and out. But it didn’t stop us from enjoying what laid before us. It was such a stunning view from the top. Simply one of the best I’ve ever seen in Sedona. Taking an ATV here is a definite MUST!

I wish I had captured more of the experience of this trip on my actual camera! Most of my footage was insta-stories and iPhone pics, which I rarely share on here! I want to thank OH Partners, Cole + Ryan, for letting me be a part of this!

Make sure to check out Sedona Secret 7!
