    Art Naturals Aromatherapy

    With “relax” as my word of the year for 2018, I’ve been taking steps to do just that. As part of my “Wellness Wednesday” series, I wanted to share with you my love for aromatherapy. Aromatherapy uses the aromatic oils of plants to balance, harmonize and promote the health of body, mind and spirit. When essential oils are inhaled, aromatic molecules travel to the limbic and olfactory systems of the brain. These control emotions and memory, and directly communicate with the hypothalamus which regulates our autonomic nervous systems.
